Brian H. McGuire is a partner at Stok Kon + Braverman who represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, general commercial litigation, business disputes, real estate, construction, and medical malpractice litigation matters. Brian enjoys working closely with his clients to develop strategies and obtain solutions to their individual legal needs.
Mr. McGuire is originally from the Washington D.C. area and completed his undergraduate studies at Elon University, where he graduated with a double major in Business Finance and Accounting. Mr. McGuire received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned numerous awards, including a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
