Brian L. Hoffman has been a practicing attorney since 2000. Prior to entering private practice, he served as the judicial law clerk to Hon. Florence R. Peskoe, P.J.S.C. and Hon. Thomas W. Cavanagh, P.J.Ch. An honors graduate of Rutgers College, Brian earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has taught numerous courses on law and accounting at both Brookdale Community College and The Wharton School. He is known as a prominent bankruptcy attorney, handling Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. Brian is admitted to the bar New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.
