Biography
Brian Tannebaum defends individuals and corporations in state and federal criminal court, as well as future, current, and former lawyers, in matters before the Florida Bar and Board of Bar Examiners and in civil and criminal courts.
In his Ethics practice, Brian represents individuals in Bar Admission, Grievance Defense, and Reinstatement matters, and consults lawyers and law firms in ethics issues from law firm formation and operation, to sale and dissolution. Brian is able to advise legal professionals before, during, and after legal proceedings have been initated.
Brian was trained as a criminal defense lawyer and has spent his entire career defending individuals and corporations in state and federal criminal courts. While most of his clients are legal professionals, he does not limit his practice to the type of invidividual he represents - many are in other professions, or students or individuals needing a defense to criminal charges, Representation is avaialable prior to the filing of criminal charges in grand jury proceedings or in response to other inquiries from the government.
