Brian McFadden-DiNicola is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. He is a Partner at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP. He has been honored by his peers with the 2017 Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award by the Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey Super Lawyers as a  "Super Lawyer 2018", as well as a "Rising Star" for 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, and the AV Preeminent ® attorney rating by Martindale Hubbell ® Peer Review Ratings. Prior to becoming an attorney at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, Brian worked in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage, for three years, where he oversaw thousands of divorce and custody cases annually.  

Brian's unique family law background has given him keen insight into how family law matters are resolved by the courts.  Brian is trained in both family law mediation and the collaborative divorce process.  Although Brian works diligently to resolve cases without having to resort to traditional litigation, he is an experienced litigator and has tried many family law cases to conclusion.  He is also no stranger to the Appellate Division and has brought and defended family law cases in the appellate court on issues of domestic violence, child support, alimony, dissipation of marital property, mutual investment property, and counsel fees.
