Brian focuses his practice on construction law and general civil litigation. Brian is admitted to practice in Missouri Circuit Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Western District of Missouri, and the Southern District of Illinois. Before joining the firm, Brian worked at a prominent insurance defense firm in Springfield, Missouri. Brian has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and trial preparation, including conducting and defending depositions, substantive motion practice, preparation of pleadings, and drafting and responding to written discovery. Brian has first-chaired jury trials in both state and federal court.
