Brian Weinberger received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree from St John’s University in New York. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Whitter College School of Law in Los Angeles. In addition to his law practice Mr. Weinberger has been a court appointed arbitrator as well as a Judge Pro Term and is active in several trial lawyers associations specializing in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Cases. Mr. Weinberger has been recognized as an expert in Personal Injury cases and has testified in court as an expert witness in Personal Injury matters. In addition, due to his reputation for success in Criminal Defense, especially DUI cases, mr. Weinberger has been invited to speak at seminars related to DUI defense.
