Biography
I am a national trucking trial attorney who practices across the country in serious cases involving wrongful death, amputations, and surgery. I take pride in approaching each case in a unique manner so that our firm can provide the best representation for each client. I am an experienced and aggressive litigator who gets every case ready to go to trial. I am not an absentee attorney. I make myself available to my clients to guide them through every step of the process and get their input so that they feel comfortable with me and how their case is being litigated.
I grew up in Marietta, GA and also lived in Minnesota for 5 years. I graduated from Pope High School where I played on the varsity tennis team. I then earned a degree in International Affairs from Georgia Tech. Before I went to law school, I worked in the retail golf industry for several years. I was one of the first employees of the PGA Tour Superstore and I am an avid golfer. While I enjoyed my time in the golf industry, I always knew I had a passion for the law and so I left the industry to achieve my goal of becoming a trial attorney. Now almost 10 years into my career, I have been involved as lead counsel or co-counsel in 4 jury trials and 1 federal bench trial and obtained a favorable outcome for my client in each instance.
I married my intelligent and amazing wife Katie in 2015 and we recently moved to Johns Creek with our 3 dogs. On Saturdays I root for Georgia Tech while my wife roots for UGA. We both are avid Atlanta Falcons, Braves, Hawks, and United fans.
