Briant G. Mildenhall is an attorney at Fried Goldberg LLC who represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases against corporations and insurance companies. Prior to joining Fried Goldberg, Briant was a partner at a firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases. He worked at his prior firm ten years and gained experience trying and litigating trucking cases, motor vehicle collision cases, and premises liability cases. Before that, Briant worked for several years at a firm handling defense of trucking and premises liability cases. He has first-hand knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate claims and uses this insider knowledge to help his injured clients.

Briant grew up in Marietta, Georgia. He obtained his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 2002 majoring in Russian and Foreign Literature. Briant then received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2007.

Briant was awarded a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He was also named one of the Top 100 attorneys in Georgia and one of the top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 by The National Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Mildenhall is fluent in Russian and has taught trial advocacy skills to students in Ukraine and Moldova. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Atlanta Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He is also an Eagle Scout.

Briant married his wife Katie in 2002, and they now live in Roswell with their five children. Briant enjoys hiking and playing soccer with his family and is a passionate Georgia football and Atlanta United fan.
