Attorney Paz has practiced almost exclusively criminal defense for her entire career.  While in law school, Attorney Paz interned at the Public Defender’s Office and since admission worked for 5 years at Pattis & Smith in New Haven, where she worked towards successful resolutions for more than 100 defendants in criminal cases in both the Geographical Area courts and Part A ranging from motor vehicle infractions to trials in serious felony cases.  She has also written and argued more than a dozen appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  She has since opened her own practice, offering her clients unique experience coupled with reduced rates to offer more people accused of crimes access to zealous and effective representation.
