Brittany L. Lightfoot combines a vast experience in pre-litigation and litigation to win the best possible outcomes for auto injury victims.

Ms. Lightfoot began her legal career in complex commercial litigation and criminal defense, gaining invaluable trial experience by litigating multi-million-dollar cases in state court. After several years, she transitioned to pre-litigation. Now, she represents personal injury cases involving auto accidents, truck wrecks, pedestrian accidents, and more.

Ms. Lightfoot earned her law degree from Texas Tech, where she worked at a family law firm and served as the secretary of the Raider Bar Association. She is actively involved in her community, participating in the State Bar of Texas Leadership SBOT program, Leadership Forward, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers 2023-2024 Leadership class.
