Biography

Brooke Goodlett is an associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practices corporate and securities law. Brooke's practice primarily focuses on the representation of technology and emerging growth companies and venture capital firms in mergers and acquisitions, private company equity and debt financing, SEC compliance, and general corporate and securities law.

Brooke is a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and is active in pro bono matters for veteran-owned businesses, undocumented persons, and abused and neglected children. She is also active in advocacy for children in the Texas foster care system.
