Trial Attorney & Mediator.  I am a partner in the law firm of Clark & Clark, which is a general civil litigation firm. My partner is my wife, Deborah Clark.  I have handled more than a 1000 civil litigation matters in my career.  Throughout my career, my practice has focused on business and tort litigation encompassing a a wide range of litigation matters including construction, products liability, auto/trucking, commercial lease disputes, general business disputes, fraud, DTPA, lender liability and real estate litigation.

I have conducted approximately 100 jury trials during my career.  My practice allowed me to participate in hundreds of mediations and in 2013 I expanded my law practice to work as a mediator helping other parties settle their lawsuit.  The mediation practice is very rewarding and I look forward to continuing to expand it in the coming years.
