For over 25 years, Bryan Van Cott has represented clients of all sizes from NYC to the North Fork and South Fork of Long Island. Bryan graduated from Cornell Law School in 1996 and has practiced on Long Island his entire career.  After almost two decades of practicing commercial and civil law in the largest firm based on the East End, Bryan launched Van Cott Law P.C. to continue providing exceptional legal representation and service to businesses, entrepreneurs, and others, but with the goal of leveraging modern technology and efficiencies that only a small, boutique firm can offer for the ultimate benefit of its clients. Van Cott Law was renamed Van Cott Ebrahimi P.C. after Bryan partnered with Reza Ebrahimi, Esq.  The firm focuses its practice on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters.
