Bryan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, with major studies in Economics and English. He received his Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey.

For five years he practiced as a Family Law Attorney, prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases in Family Court on behalf of the City of New York. He served as a Divorce Attorney at the largest municipal union legal department in the City. He further served as a Probate Attorney, Child Support Lawyer, and Divorce Lawyer while an associate in a small firm.

In 2016 he opened his own practice.
