Mr. Viellion focuses his practice of law towards bankruptcy, debtor’s/creditor’s rights; estate planning, probate, and general and commercial litigation.

Mr. Viellion holds a Bachelors of Science from Louisiana State University. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Lee Business School. Mr. Viellion went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Mr. Viellion was an attorney at a small boutique law firm in Nevada. As an attorney there, he handled a vast array of matters relating to bankruptcy, probate, family, and business law. In law school, he was an extern for the Honorable Bruce A. Markell in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.

In his spare time, Mr. Viellion enjoys spending time with his wife Abbe and son Maxwell. He also enjoys playing golf, attending UNLV basketball games, and traveling.
