Solo practitioner, Bryan (Drew) Whitmire has been providing high-quality legal representation to the residents of Birmingham, Alabama and the surrounding areas since 1972. Attorney Bryan Whitmire’s primary focus is Family Law with an emphasis on Adoption and Surrogacy, but also has years of practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Guardianship. With over 4 decades of experience, Whitmire has worked on thousands of adoption cases and helped draft both the Alabama Adoption Code and Uniform Parentage Act.
