Our practice helps people who have suffered a serious wrong by an opponent that is usually bigger and more powerful than themselves.

That may be the government. It may be an insurance company.  It may be an employer.

Our job is to help level the playing field.

 In the past, I have represented large municipal corporations, small businesses, injured persons, defendants in the criminal justice system and people with a variety of other issues. I am admitted to practice in both Washington and Pennsylvania (inactive in the latter, at present, however). I have worked with the following courts, venues, and agencies:

• United States District Court for Eastern and Western Washington, 
• Washington State Superior Court, 
• Washington State District Court, 
• Spokane Tribal Court, 
• Department of Licensing, 
• Department of Health, 
• Department of Labor & Industries, 
• Department of Transportation, and 
• The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, among others (this list is not exhaustive). 

I have served on the Board of Governors, for the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association), and have been the Vice Chair of the WSAJ/WSTLA Tri-Cities Roundtables. I have served as the Grant County Bar Association President, Vice Present, and Secretary/Treasurer. 

I have also coached boys and girls basketball at the varsity high school level since 2006, in both the Tri-Cities and Moses Lake, Washington areas. I continue to coach AAU basketball.
