Alex's motivation to practice law stems from his past experiences with his father.  A victim of physician carelessness, his father is now permanently confined to a wheel chair.  His father's convalescence proved to be traumatic for his entire family, his subsequent medical malpractice case proved to be as well.  Alex learned firsthand from the injured plaintiff's perspective what it was like to fight insurance companies and navigate through the justice system.  This experience, among others, sparked a desire in Alex to fight for fair compensation for those injured by the carelessness of others.  

Alex is a trial attorney. Unlike the majority of personal injury law firms who advertise heavily and seek to settle as many cases as possible, Alex works for a firm that only takes cases that they feel they could prepare to take to trial. During law school, Alex was on the school of law's trial team.  Before he graduated, he had successfully tried 12 cases in district court.  Within the first month of Alex's practice, he was involved in a massive 3 month long medical malpractice trial in Charlotte, NC and has been litigating cases nonstop ever since.  Alex may currently hold the largest dog attack verdict in NC, which surprisingly was his first jury trial ever.

During his legal studies, Alex gained experience litigating cases involving personal injury, workers' compensation, civil rights violations, family law disputes, criminal cases, wrongful convictions, contract disputes, and landlord tenant disputes.  Alex entered the legal field with a larger amount of practical experience as compared to most of his fellow graduates. 

Alex has both a high level of competency and work ethic, which he believes are the two key ingredients to being an excellent and successful advocate for his clients.
