If you are a beneficiary of a trust and the trustee won't tell you what assets are in the trust, won't give you your monies from the trust, then you need to do something about that.  There are a lot of trustees out there who don't realize that the trust's monies belong to the beneficiaries and not to the trustees.  You, as a beneficiary, are entitled to know what goes on in your trust.  You are entitled to full accountings, with copies of bank statements, cancelled checks, and receipts for any monies paid out by the trustee.   Only you can stop your trustee from misbehaving!
