Cara Boyanowski has been practicing law since 1993.  In 1998, after working as a general practioner, she narrowed the scope of her practice to the area of family law.  She enjoys helping her clients navigate through separation, divorce, custody and support imatters.

Throughout her 28 years of practice, Cara has represented her clients in a myriad of domestic law matters, including but not limited to, simple and complex divorce cases, parental and grandparent custodial cases, spousal and child support matters, equitable distribution of marital estates, alimony, and step-parent adoptions.

Her practice has led her to adjudicate matters before numerous Common Pleas courts in and around the central Pennsylvania region, as well as, the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. During her first year of practice, Ms. Boyanowski argued a case of first impression before the Pennsylvania Superior Court requesting the right to sue an estate for child support.

Cara also assists clients in the preparation and drafting of their Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills. 

Cara always listens intently to her clients’ fears, expectations, and future life plans.  After doing so, she adjusts her representation and negotiation skills to meeet the needs of her clients. Cara believes all of her clients deserve her undivided attention, compassion, and dedication, no matter the size of their marital estate or the complexity of their matrimonial issues.
