Attorney Carl George Bienias III, is a Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability attorney who has primarily resided in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area since 1987. Carl graduated from Hanover Area Junior/Senior High School and is a 2010 cum laude graduate of King's College. Carl graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 2013 and shortly thereafter began practicing in the Wilkes-Barre Area.

Carl's practice is limited to the representation of injured workers, and Social Security Disability claimants. 

Carl is a member of the Workers' Compensation Sections of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Young Lawyers Division. Carl is licensed to practice law before all Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Carl has also volunteered his time to offer legal aide to indigent clients through North Penn Legal Services.
