Attorney, Carlos F. Rodriguez, Esq., represents clients in a variety of legal matters including corporate litigation, general liability, personal injury, real estate litigation and transactions, immigration, sports and entertainment.

Carlos is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Licensed Athlete Agent in the states of Florida and Illinois, who represents and has negotiated contracts for various athletes including several NFL football players.

Carlos chairs the Dealership Services Practice Group, personally services all Dealership Representation Program clients, and oversees the firm’s delivery of Dealership Services.

Carlos’ experience ranges from litigating complex civil matters, drafting, negotiating and managing everything from large asset based finance facilities (credit lines) to entertainment and sports related employment agreements, and protecting contractor, association, and lien holder rights. 

Carlos, a native South Floridian, attended Belen Jesuit Prep School, received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Barry University, and his law degree with advocacy honors from Nova Southeastern University, where he earned membership to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (mock trial organization). 

Carlos is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida & the United States District Court – Southern District of Florida
