I am a solo practitioner and the owner of the Casler Law Office, PLLC.  The focus of my practice is real estate law and contract law, with an emphasis on residential and commercial landlord/tenant law (i.e., evictions, custom-drafted rental agreements, etc.).  

I am the author of the Arizona Landlord's Deskbook (now in its sixth edition), the author and co-author of three other real estate law books, an Arizona real estate broker, and certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a real estate instructor.

Because I am a solo practitioner, when you call my office you will speak directly to me and not to a secretary or another attorney (unless I am in court or meeting with a client).  My clients tell me they love always talking to the attorney who is personally handling their case and the individual attention they receive.  Please call or send me an email about your situation and I will let you know if I can help you.  If I can't, then I will refer you to someone who can help you.
