Carol A. Nolan has been a frequent speaker on Elder Law, Medicaid issues, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and or the Illinois State Bar Association, National Business Institute, and the DuPage County Bar Association.

Carol has over 15 years of experience in the field of Medicaid planning. She advises clients about the rules pertaining to Medicaid, asset transfers, and trusts for the disabled.
