I am a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

My firm has offices in St Helena (Napa County) and Fairfield and Vallejo (Solano County).

My practice is entirely devoted to trusts and estates, including the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives (health care powers); estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning; and administration of probate estates and trust administration.  I plan and administer trusts and estates of all sizes, from insolvent estates to estates in excess of $100 million.

Each client receives an estate plan tailored to his or her individual needs.  I do not sell a product, but provide excellent service to clients at competitive rates.
