I am a Villanova Law School and Penn State University graduate with more than 20 years of trial experience in state and federal court rooms. I have tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict and hundreds of judge trials. 

In the 1990's, I worked as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting Homicides, DUI's, Narcotics cases and Armed Robberies. I then turned my attention to trying injury cases and running the Special Investigations Unit for Fraud for a large insurance company and I tried more than 60 injury jury trials to verdict in 5 years.

In 2005, I established The McClain Firm and since then successfully litigated injury cases and collected millions of dollars for my injured clients. In addition, I secured not guilty verdicts in Homicide, DUI and criminal cases as well as handling Divorce, Breach of Contract and Real Estate cases.
