Casey Bruner is a litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial ligation, class action litigation, constitutional law, civil rights law, media law, and open government litigation. He has successfully represented individuals, small businesses, municipalities, media companies, and Fortunees in a broad spectrum of subject areas. He has litigated matters all the way from pleading through discovery, to conclusion via mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.

Casey received his undergraduate education from the University of Washington and then attended Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Comprehensive Trial Advocacy. During law school, Casey interned for Senior Judge Lonny Suko and Magistrate Judge James Hutton in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
