A prosecutor handling a case of mine recently justified an extremely favorable settlement offer based on what he called my 'scorched earth' tactics.  I thought that was a bit of an overstatement but perhaps it was not too far off the mark.  In another case, my client (a retired FBI special agent) told me he thought I was really sweet at first but then learned that I was a 'real pitbull' when it came to fighting for him.  Taken together, I think these comments sum up a lot about me and my practice.
