Ms. Carpenter is an Associate Attorney in the law firm of Gump & Faeilla, LLC. Ms. Carpenter's primary area of practice focuses on cases involving personal injury, insurance coverage, wrongful death, bad faith, and product liability.

Ms. Carpenter grew up on a farm in rural Missouri, which her family has owned and operated for over 100 years.   Upon completing high school in her community, she attended the University of Central Missouri where she graduated from the Honors College in 2005.

Ms. Carpenter attended law school at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2008.  Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Carpenter practiced law in Kansas for approximately one year before joining Gump & Faiella, LLC.
