Chad Bomar has handled a wide range of legal matters since 1999. He is an accomplished trial lawyer, licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, and a mediator.

Mr. Bomar has held leadership positions within the North Carolina Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys throughout the course of his practice. He has served on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, an organization that educates and aids lawyers that defend individuals and businesses in North Carolina.

North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine and Business Leader Magazine have repeatedly recognized Mr. Bomar’s professional accomplishments. The Rising Star designation given to Mr. Bomar by North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine is a designation given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in North Carolina. Business Leader Magazine has recognized Mr. Bomar as a Top Lawyer of Charlotte and a Top Lawyer of the Triad.
