Biography
Chad Rubin focuses his immigration practice on helping foreign nationals and multinational corporations with their immigration needs. His experience includes assisting clients with E, O, P, H, and L non-immigrant visas and PERM, EB-1, EB-5 and family-based immigrant visas.
Prior to joining Catherine R Henin-Clark, PA and Dean Mead, Chad was an Attorney for a boutique business immigration law firm in New York City. Chad looks forward to each opportunity and challenge helping foreign nationals and multinational corporations with their immigration needs. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
Chad was born and raised in Sylvania, Ohio until he attended Arizona State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in communication. After working in business for several years, Chad relocated to Florida to attend law school and be closer to his family. He attended Florida State University for law school and served as the Associate Editor and Article and Notes Editor on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. While in law school, he also interned with the Office of the Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Miami, FL, which sparked his passion for immigration law. While in law school Chad also worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the Public Interest Law Center at Florida State, where he represented low income clients with their family law matters and he served as a Law Clerk for a firm in Tallahassee with a focus on Administrative and Regulatory Law.
