Chad graduated from the University of Arizona in 1996, received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) in 2002, and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles) in 2002. He is a member of the Bar in the State of Maryland (2002) and the District of Columbia (2002).  He is active real estate investor and a member of the Urban Land Institute, Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, and an appointed member of Montgomery County Maryland Commission on Child Care.  Prior to joining Chasen & Chasen he in commercial real estate. He specializes in real property transactions, real property contracts, builder representation, lender representation, condominium conversions, and small estate probate.
