Charlene A. Morring, a native of Norfolk, Virginia, is an attorney and counselor at law with over 20 years of experience representing individuals in matters related to injury, disability, and workers' compensation. Graduating from Old Dominion University, Charlene was honored with the prestigious Kaufman Scholar Award for her outstanding community involvement, academic achievements, and leadership qualities. She furthered her education at the University of Richmond, where she was recognized as an E.W. Hudgins' scholar, highlighting her strong character and leadership skills.
