Charles is Virginia Real Estate Board approved instructor on many topics, a member of Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Prince William Association of Realtors, Greater Piedmont Association of Realtors. He has served on the Board of DAAR and been a member of the NVAR Standard Forms Committee.
