Charles Mitchell focuses his practice on business, civil and commercial litigation, family law, first and third party insurance litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and professional malpractice. He was listed as a Texas Super Lawyer (Thomson Reuters Legal) in 2006. He was recognized as a Tarrant County Top Attorney by Fort Worth Magazine from 2004–2008. Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in the State of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice in the state courts of Arkansas. He earned his J.D. degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Antonio, TX, and his B.S. degree from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX. He has made professional presentations across the county almost every year for a decade and is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Sigma Phi Epsilon.
