Charles C. Wimberly, III (Trey) joined the Perrier Lacoste MS office in 2014. Trey's areas of practice include automobile and transportation litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, medical malpractice and product liability claims. He has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating and has been selected to the 2014 Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars list.
Trey attended Louisiana State University where he graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2000. As an undergrad, Trey earned the Dean’s List award and a full tuition academic scholarship. Trey graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2003. While at Alabama, Trey served as a Senior Editor for the Alabama Law Review.
Trey is currently in his tenth year of practice, and prior to joining Perrier Lacoste, he practiced with the law firm of Owen, Galloway & Myers for five years. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi, and is an active member of the Harrison County Bar Association. Trey resides in Gulfport, Mississippi and is a parishioner of St. James Catholic Church.
