During my over 25 years as a lawyer,  I have represented a wide array of businesses, entrepenuers, and family businesses in many different industries.  I also serve the legal needs of individuals in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, business starting businesses, tax planning, lawsuits, non-compete agreements, selling businesses or buying businesses, personal injury or wrongful death csaes, taxation, contract and land disputes, eminent domain and many other legal areas.  My legal, tax, and accounting education and experience give me a broader set of tools when providing legal counsel.

In 2011, 2012, and 2015 Ohio Super Lawyer Magazine selected Charles as one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. Only 5% of the lawyers in Ohio are selected each year.
