As counsel, Charles has guided multi-national and closely held companies away from risk, and eliminated threats through successful litigation and settlement. His litigation experience includes extensive complex litigation, including MDL, class, and mass individual actions.

In addition to representing businesses, Charles is a business owner and inventor of a U.S. Patent. Charles is a Tulane Law School graduate (J.D.), and majored in accounting at LSU (B.S.). Although he does not practice public accounting, Charles has passed all sections of the national Uniform Certified Public Accounting Examination. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana, before the United States Supreme Court, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the federal district courts of Louisiana.
