Mr. Schneider maintains his law practice at the Law Office of Charles J. Schneider, P.C. in Livonia, Michigan, where he has worked exclusively in the field of consumer bankruptcy since 1984. He is also a contributing author to the Thomson Reuters/Aspatore Inside the Minds Series publications "Best Practices for Chapter 13: The Cases, Clients and Challenges Of Filing A Chapter 13: A Forward Looking Approach" and "Strategies For Consumer Bankruptcy Appeals: The Nuances Of The Consumer Bankruptcy Appeal Process." He has a peer review rating of AV in bankruptcy by Martindale-Hubbell since 2010. He was selected by Thomson Reuters as a Michigan Superlawyer from 2011 to 2015.
