Biography
Charlie Wilson's principal areas of practice are eminent domain and estate planning, probate and wills.
Charlie represents electric utility companies, pipeline companies, cities and landowners in all facets of the right of way acquisition, from the initial negotiations through litigation. Charlie also represents parties to real estate transactions and property disputes involving fraud, breach of warranty, property damage, negligence, nuisance, trespass and other property related matters.
Charlie also represents indivduals and families in the various stages of estate planning including, but not limited to, probate, wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
Charlie is a lifelong Texan who grew up in Rockwall County and currently resides in Collin County. He attended University of Texas at Tyler and received his Bachelor of Science while graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Juris Doctor in 2017 from SMU Dedman School of Law graduating Cum Laude, and was admitted to practice in Texas in 2017. Charlie's experience in the fields of eminent domain and estate planning paired with his affordable rate make him a great option to assist you.
When outside the office, he devotes much of his time to his wife and one child. They are actively involved in the City Church of Melissa. In his free time, Charlie also enjoys spending time with his family going to football games, hunting, and golfing.
