Michael Denney is a seasoned litigation attorney with experience handling all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial. His practice areas primarily include plaintiff's personal injury claims involving automobile, trucking/transportation liability, premises liability, and negligent security claims, with a focus on claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.

Before joining the Champion Firm, Michael worked for a decade as a defense attorney representing some of the nation's largest corporations and insurance companies in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He was a partner in one of the nation's largest litigation firms, and has gained valuable experience in all areas of civil litigation, including the defense of hundreds of cases involving international trucking companies, national ride-share technology companies, agricultural equipment manufacturers, and numerous international restaurant and hotel chains.
