Chuck Royer is a principal and senior member of the litigation team at McCarthy Lebit. He is an aggressive creditors’ rights attorney with significant experience protecting the rights of creditors in both state and federal courts. Chuck’s practice also focuses on complex business litigation, landlord tenant law, and construction law. In addition, he represents clients before both myriad municipal boards and courts of Common Pleas on a variety of issues, including zoning and land use throughout Ohio.

In an effort to advocate for those who are struggling with life’s challenges, Chuck is an active and vigilant member of the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Recovery Resources, an organization dedicated to helping individuals triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drug abuse, and other addictions.  He has previously served on the Boards of The Center for Mental Retardation, New Life Community, and the West Side Ecumenical Ministry, as well as LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential).
