C. Steve Kilburn is a Warren County native who graduated as an honors scholar and magna cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University. Steve attended the University of Dayton School of Law where he served as a staff writer and comment editor for the University of Dayton Law Review and as an officer for Christian Legal Society.

While in law school, Steve clerked at Warren County Juvenile & Probate Court under Honorable Judge Michael Powell.

Steve has experience in a variety of civil litigation, including personal injury and medical malpractice. At Rittgers & Rittgers, Steve's current primary areas of practice are criminal defense, DUI law, and personal injury.

Steve looks forward to serving the people in the community and helping them resolve their legal situation. When favorable settlements are not reached, Steve is eagerly willing to litigate aggressively.

When not practicing law, Steve is most likely playing bluegrass music or spending time with his family and friends.
