Attorney Charles W. Grau has over 35 years of experience in the practice of business law, employment law, and insurance law. Currently, he is a member of the Upton & Hatfield, LLP legal team in New Hampshire. In his representation of businesses, he assists with matters such as dispute resolution, trade practices, employment matters, non-compete agreements, and breaches of fiduciary duty. He practices insurance law matters such as product liability, property liability, and construction claims. Additionally, he assists schools and municipalities with employment law matters and labor disputes.
Attorney Grau’s past experience includes working as the Assistant Attorney General and Chief of the Consumer Protection and Antitrust Division. He has served as a member and Chair of the Bedford School Board.
Attorney Grau has received awards from Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. He was honored as Woodward and White’s 2015 Insurance Lawyer of the Year for Concord.
