Born in Corpus Christi and raised in Austin, I am a native Texan and proud member of the State Bar of Texas. I am also a member of the College of the State Bar and the state bar's Appellate and Real Estate, Probate, and Trust sections.  

I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and received my Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.  While in law school, I served as a law review editor, legal writing teaching assistant, and was elected to the National Order of Scribes.  Upon graduation from law school, I served as law clerk to Justice Bob McCoy on the Second Court of Appeals.  Before opening Charles Hill Law Firm, I spent the next two years in private practice, advising mortgage lenders, practicing insurance defense, and civil litigation and appeals.
