Chase is licesned in both South Carolina and North Carolina and represents plaintiffs in state and federal courts.  He has a diverse litigation practice, handling matters related to truck and car accidents, wrongful death, federal antitrust cartels, unfair trade practice, complex commercial and business litigation, and insurance disputes.  Chase is a proven trial attorney having represented clients in both bench and jury trials. 

Chase graduated cum laude and Order of the Wig and Robe from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the Senior Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and as a Judicial Extern for Judge Michelle Childs in the District of South Carolina.

When not serving his clients, Chase enjoys traveling with his family, playing hockey, and working with his hands.
