Chasity D. Martinez brings a diverse set of legal skills to her clients, eager to make a meaningful difference in their lives after an auto injury.

Initially working in real estate law, she transitioned to personal injury to give a voice to victims of negligence. She has litigated personal injury cases in state and federal courts and represented clients nationally in mass tort cases. Her time as a prosecutor gave her invaluable trial experience, further honing her courtroom skills.

Ms. Martinez earned her degree in psychology before starting her career in the class action litigation department of a global law firm. She then pursued her law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During her time there, she served as President of the Board of Advocates, mentoring and overseeing moot court competitions.
