Chelsea A. Pagan attended Saint Leo University in Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Chelsea was a four-year starter and captain of the Volleyball team at Saint Leo, President of the Student Athlete Committee and a member of the National College Athlete Honor Society.  Chelsea graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the National Honor Society (Sigma Beta Delta). 

Chelsea obtained her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. She was Co-President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.  During law school, Chelsea worked with the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center, which provides free legal services in the areas of Immigration, Consumer rights, and Employment law. 

Chelsea is the current President of Active 20-30 Club of San Jose, a philanthropic, community service and social organization for women ages 21-39. The organization provides women with the opporutnity for personal growth, friendships and leadership development, while improving the qaulity of life for the children in the city of San Jose.
