MY APPROACH

INITIAL CONSULTATION: You will be provided with thorough and frank advice, enabling you to make fully informed decisions about how to resolve the challenging and complex issues related to the end of a marriage or relationship breakdown.  If children are involved, I will advise you as to your rights and obligations in the areas of child custody and access. You will be provided with honest assessments about the costs and benefits of the various options available to you in litigation, negotiation, or various alternative dispute resolution processes.

ONCE RETAINED: The client will get immediate relief from trying to manage the legal problem as I take over starting with the basics: 
Answering the client’s questions
Preparing the client for negotiations and hearings
Taking over all key communications
