Chester H. Arter III (“Chet”) is a magna cum laude graduate of University of Miami School of Law with an extensive background in Business Law, Estate Planning, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Leasing Law, and Telecommunications Law.  

Experienced in a broad range of transaction based practices, Chet regularly advises both financial institutions and developers in the financing and development of office, multi-family, retail centers, and single-family projects.  In his leasing practice, Chet represents both landlords and tenants in single and multi-tenant buildings and retail centers and telecommunication site leasing and licensing.  In his corporate practice, Chet works in tandem with his clients in all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, drafting and negotiating software contracts, serving as part-time general counsel to technology startups and in other day to day business decisions.
